We offer the full spectrum of property Loss Adjusting Services to our insurers and brokers covering Household, Commercial, Major & Complex Loss and High Net Worth policies.
Headed up by our Loss Adjusting & Claims Services Director, Russell Crewe, all of our Adjusters and Adjusting Technicians are members of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusting, with many of them qualified to an Advanced level. In addition to this, our extensive knowledge throughout the Adjusting, Insurance and Claims Management forums means that whichever member of the Merlin team is dealing with your claim, they will have the right degree of technical knowledge and approach to both quickly and accurately handle and resolve your claim.
We believe that not just national but local knowledge is key and Merlin's regional office network throughout the UK enables our team to really get to know and understand their individual areas.
Currently 86% of Merlin claims handling staff have either achieved or are working towards professional qualifications with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA)
