We screen every claim for fraud from notification to conclusion, whilst at the same time ensuring that genuine claims are treated proactively and efficiently, bringing them to a swift resolution. Any potentially fraudulent claims are dealt with by Merlin’s Special Investigation Unit - an established team of experienced, skilled and industry qualified professionals that are specialised in the investigation of potentially fraudulent claims.
From beginning to end each Investigator will project manage the claim, ensuring updates are provided at regular and appropriate intervals to all parties. These Investigators do not carry out any other adjusting work leaving them able to concentrate on counter fraud investigation and bringing about the correct resolution of claims.
